Established in 1977, the Charles Sturt Winery is a producer of premium varietal table wines. It is an integral part of Australia's leading wine science school and is at the forefront of viticulture practices and wine making techniques.

The Cellar Door is open seven days, call in for Tastings and sales, we also sell wines by the glass.

The 2016 vintage sees the release of 6 Boutique wines & 2 Alimuni wines, a total of 550 cases of premium boutique wine, and 1500 cases of Alumni wine, made for CSU by Alumni wine makers, this year it’s been made by McWilliams, based in Griffith.

The new brand will see us continue to sell wines to our valued Wine Club as well as Staff, Students, Alumni and the general public, whilst allowing us to continue to service our Regional Wholesale market.

For the Boutique range its’ small volmues from premium wine regions in NSW, great quality and excellent value. Wine varieties available include: Shiraz, Chardonnay, Nebbiolo, Rose’ and Tempranillo For the Alumni range is made up of 2 wines, a Chardonnay and a Shiraz, the wines are made in a larger scale for use in the CSU Internal market (conferences, catering, gifts etc)
