Food Safety Supervisor training

New NSW legislation requires every retail and hospitality food business to appoint at least one food safety supervisor. Centre for Training has been approved by the NSW Food Authority to offer NSW-specific Food Safety Supervisor Training (FSS) for face-to-face classes, correspondence and online.
