Conferences and Convention Centre

Conference facilities
A variety of up to date conferencing equipment is available to ensure that your business function is a success. The conference room can accommodate up to 300 seated for meals, or can be divided into three separate “break out” spaces.

Catering for conferences
Our well-equipped and comfortable Convention Centre conference rooms have catering and bar facilities, which are supported by extensive services on the campus, including accommodation, Minimart, Australia Post, sporting and numerous teaching facilities. In addition to this, there are several coffee and snack outlets open on weekdays where your delegates can get a great cappuccino or enjoy a quick break with something tasty available for purchase.

Weddings and Functions

There are numerous spots on campus for great photographs for weddings, corporate events and media releases, including among the vines, under the massive lemon scented gums, or at the historic wrought iron rotunda.

Wedding reception bookings are welcome, we have a team of highly experienced chefs who are able to produce a unique and beautifully balanced meal for your special occasion.

With several venue options we are one of the Riverina’s best equipped and maintained reception destinations.

About our Menus

Menus can be individually tailored and priced to suit your requirements, and special rates are now available during our “off-peak” season from November to February, especially on accommodation for large groups.

We can also travel to local venues to provide catering depending on your needs, and our caterers licence allows us to offer bar services with meals at certain venues offsite.

In addition, the catering options include promotion of local produce and feature a diverse range of wines made on the campus. CSU winery is a producer of premium varietal table wines and focuses on excellence, using state of the art technology without sacrificing tradition.

CSU Winery

The cellar door is open to the public on weekdays from 11.00 - 5.00pm, and weekends from 11.00 - 4.00pm for sampling and purchasing wines and olive products from our own olive trees, some of which were planted in the late 1800’s.
